How do I apply for a wholesale account?

Who is eligible for a wholesale account?
Wholesale accounts are available to qualifying healthcare practitioners, wellness professionals, gyms, clinics, and brick-and-mortar retailers interested in reselling The Science Standard products or offering them through their practice. At this time, brick-and-mortar retail accounts must be located within the United States. All wholesale accounts are subject to review and approval.
What are the minimum order requirements?
Our products are available to wholesale partners in case quantities of 12 units per product. Specific ordering requirements and wholesale terms will be provided once your account has been approved.
What kind of discount do wholesale partners receive?
Approved partners receive preferred wholesale pricing on The Science Standard products. Complete pricing and program terms are provided following account approval and are available through your wholesale account.
Can I sell The Science Standard products online?
The Science Standard Wholesale Program is intended for products sold directly to customers through approved physical locations, practices, clinics, gyms, and other in-person channels. Wholesale partners may not resell The Science Standard products through Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart Marketplace, other third-party marketplaces, or their own ecommerce websites without prior written authorization from The Science Standard.
What is your return policy for wholesale orders?
Wholesale orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for return except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped products. If there is an issue with your shipment, please contact our team promptly after receiving your order so we can help resolve it.
Can I set up a subscription as a wholesale partner?
Wholesale orders are not currently eligible for subscriptions. If you’d like to set up a recurring order for personal use, we recommend using a separate personal email address. You can continue using your business account for wholesale orders.
What is the shelf life of your products?
The Science Standard products include an expiration or best-by date printed on the packaging. Products should be stored according to the directions on their individual labels, generally in a cool, dry place away from excessive heat and moisture.
How do I reorder or manage my account?
Approved partners can place new orders, review previous purchases, and manage their account through The Science Standard Wholesale Portal. If you need assistance, our Customer Support team is available Monday through Friday.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Wholesale orders typically ship within 1–2 business days, with most U.S. orders arriving within 3–5 business days after shipping. Expedited shipping options may also be available at checkout. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
